Fantastic Minis creates and supplies handcrafted miniature products including:

• Handcrafted miniature houses with intricate architectural details
• Custom miniature furniture and accessories
• Bespoke miniature creations for collectors and enthusiasts
• Custom commissions and design consultations

All products are handcrafted with attention to detail and designed to meet the highest quality standards for collectors and miniature enthusiasts.

4. Quotes and Pricing

Quote Validity: All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Pricing may change due to material cost fluctuations or other market conditions.

Quote Process: We aim to provide detailed quotes within 1-24 hours of receiving your request. Quotes are project-specific and based on the information you provide.

Pricing: All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified. Prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping, or handling fees unless explicitly stated.

5. Orders and Payment

Order Confirmation: All orders must be confirmed in writing. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.

Payment Terms: Payment terms will be specified in your quote and order confirmation. Standard terms payment recieved upon pickup. New customers may require payment in advance or COD.

Credit Approval: Commercial credit terms are subject to credit approval and may require trade references and financial information.

6. Delivery and Shipping

Delivery Times: Most orders ship within 2-3 days if stock is available. Custom orders may require longer lead times as specified in your quote.

Shipping: Shipping costs are additional unless otherwise specified. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.

Inspection: Buyers must inspect products upon delivery and report any damage or discrepancies within 48 hours of receipt.

7. Product Warranties

Material Warranty: Our products come with manufacturer warranties as specified in product documentation. Warranty terms vary by product and coating system.

Warranty Claims: All warranty claims must be submitted in writing with supporting documentation and photos. Warranty coverage is subject to proper installation and maintenance.

Exclusions: Warranties do not cover damage from improper installation, maintenance, or use; acts of nature; or normal wear and tear.

8. Limitation of Liability

Fantastic Minis' liability is limited to the replacement or repair of defective products. We are not liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or property damage.

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the products involved in any claim.

9. Installation and Use

Proper Handling: We recommend careful handling and display of miniature products by collectors familiar with delicate handcrafted items and appropriate display methods.

Care Instructions: Buyers are responsible for following care instructions provided with each miniature. We provide guidance but proper maintenance is the buyer's responsibility.

Fragility: Proper care procedures must be followed when handling miniatures. Handcrafted items are delicate and should be handled with appropriate care by collectors and enthusiasts. (We will not send out damaged products we aim to provide the absolute best service.)

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Fantastic Minis and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

11. Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Information collected is used solely for business purposes including quote preparation, order processing, and customer service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with the revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
